I have come to rely on the knowledge and expertise of this general contractor more than my architect!  Always on schedule and always fair with his pricing - I have worked with Shimi for almost 5 years on projects of all sizes - I just can not say enough about his attention to detail, ability to problem-solve and coordinate all the millions of details that i toss in his direction.

Shimi and his team did a wonderful job on our Kitchen renovation, new Entry Porch and Boot Room.  The work involved structural repairs and new rough carpentry and framing, plumbing, heating, electrical, exterior roofing, fine carpentry and finish work. All pieces were all done beautifully.  We look forward to using Shimi Rotches Construction again!
